I visited for the first time today and had a great experience. Appointment started on time and everyone was incredibly friendly. There was a snafu with my scheduling and the receptionist/scheduler (sorry, I don't know your official title) made a really good effort to resolve it. Haircut is on point, price is very reasonable.

Jessica was so unbelievably accommodating for my son as she fixed a less-than-ideal haircut we got elsewhere. She spent the time encouraging and building up my son, and he left in a great mood! So many other staff members were so kind to him. You all did more than you needed to do, and we so appreciate it!

First time in today and they did a great job my hair, exactly what I wanted, and great beard trim. My daughter ended getting a cut done too while we were there and she loved her hair too. Said she won't go anywhere else now. Everyone was quick to put a smile on your face and treat you like a regular. Great prices too. Glad to have found a shop here in Roanoke!
